Every Weddingvests parcel travels with a tracking number. We process orders within 0-1 business days, email you the number the moment the parcel leaves us, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Enter your tracking number below to follow it, or open your account to see all your orders.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What happens after you order
- Order confirmation: sent right after checkout, with your order number.
- Shipping email: sent when the carrier collects the parcel, with your tracking number.
- Carrier updates: the tracking record changes at every scan until the parcel reaches your door.
Tracking not moving?
The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipping email. If nothing has changed for several days, or the parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email support@weddingvests.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier for you.
